Integration

How the TRES integration works

The TRES integration keeps the booking in TRES and ClientBase and sends trip details to Frienzy, where travelers open the itinerary.

TRES keeps the reservation and the ClientBase client record. Frienzy receives the trip details and shows travelers the itinerary, documents, and updates in a mobile app. Advisors keep working in TRES. Agency pricing stays on the TRES offer page.

Use this page if the booking already lives in TRES and the gap is what the client sees on a phone.

The commercial offer is Frienzy for TRES agencies. The CRM side of the same connection is how the ClientBase integration works.

Does Frienzy integrate with TRES?

Yes. Frienzy connects with TRES for travel agencies that already keep reservations and client records there. TRES stays the system of record, including the ClientBase CRM. Frienzy adds the phone experience: a mobile itinerary with documents and traveler updates, or a branded iOS and Android app. The published TRES plans start at $10 per user per month for mobile itineraries, and at $275 per month, available only to agencies on TRES, plus $10 per user for a branded app.

The system

What TRES is

TRES is agency back-office software. ClientBase is the CRM in that platform. Advisors manage the client and the booking there. Frienzy does not replace that record.

Frienzy

What Frienzy adds

A mobile itinerary

Travelers open the trip on a phone instead of hunting through an email attachment.

Documents and updates

The TRES offer includes trip documents plus traveler updates and communications.

An optional branded app

Agencies can move to an app that uses their name, logo, and colors. That plan is listed on the TRES page.

Flow

How the integration works

This is the conceptual handoff. It describes which system owns the record and where the traveler reads the trip.

  1. 1

    Keep the booking in TRES

The advisor creates or updates the client and the trip in TRES and ClientBase.

  2. 2

    Send trip information to Frienzy

Trip information is sent securely to Frienzy. The agency does not rebuild the booking in a second system.

  3. 3

    The traveler opens the app

The client sees the itinerary on iOS or Android. An advisor can also add or upload an itinerary and preview it before sharing.

Data

What data flows into Frienzy

  • ClientBase trip details.
  • Trip information from the TRES workflow, sent so Frienzy can present the itinerary.
  • The booking record itself stays in TRES. Frienzy does not become the reservation system.
Travelers

What the traveler experiences

  • A mobile itinerary the client can open on a phone.
  • Trip documents alongside the plan.
  • Traveler updates and communications when the agency sends them.
  • On the branded plan, the agency name, logo, and colors on the app.
Who it is for

Ideal customer

  • Travel agencies that already run TRES and ClientBase
  • Advisors who email a PDF after the booking is saved
  • Agencies that want a branded app and will keep the TRES workflow
