Answers
Does Frienzy integrate with ClientBase?
Yes. Frienzy uses ClientBase trip details so a travel agency can present the trip in a mobile itinerary. ClientBase is the CRM inside TRES, and advisors keep the client and the booking in that record. This is the same TRES connection, described from the CRM side, with the same published prices: mobile itineraries from $10 per user per month, or a branded app from $275 per month, available only to agencies on TRES, plus $10 per user. Travelers open the itinerary, documents, and updates on iOS or Android.

What ClientBase is
ClientBase is the CRM in the TRES platform. It holds the agency’s client record and the trip details attached to that record. Frienzy does not replace ClientBase.
What Frienzy adds
A place for the client to read the trip
Frienzy is the mobile itinerary. ClientBase remains the CRM the advisor already uses.
Documents and updates on the trip
The traveler app can hold trip documents and the updates the agency sends.
The same TRES app plans
Branded and trip-details plans are on the TRES page. ClientBase uses those same plans.
How the integration works
This is the conceptual handoff. It describes which system owns the record and where the traveler reads the trip.
1
Save the trip in ClientBase
The advisor keeps the client and the booking in TRES and ClientBase.
2
Pass the trip details to Frienzy
ClientBase trip details are brought into Frienzy. The agency does not stand up another CRM.
3
Share the mobile itinerary
The traveler opens the itinerary on iOS or Android. The advisor can preview it before sending.
What data flows into Frienzy
- ClientBase trip details used to present the itinerary.
- Trip information from the TRES and ClientBase workflow.
- Field mapping is set during onboarding.
What the traveler experiences
- A mobile itinerary built from the agency’s trip details.
- Trip documents with the plan.
- Updates and communications from the agency.
- The client uses the Frienzy app or the agency’s branded app. They do not work inside ClientBase.
Ideal customer
- Agencies whose client trips are saved in ClientBase
- Advisors who still email the itinerary after the CRM record is complete
- Teams that will keep TRES as the system of record
Benefits
The CRM stays the source
ClientBase remains the client record. Frienzy reads trip details from that workflow.
Less retyping
Advisors do not rebuild the ClientBase trip in a separate traveler tool.
One commercial path
The TRES page lists mobile itineraries from $10 per user per month and a branded app from $275 per month, available only to agencies on TRES.
