Trip and group specific forms

You can now assign forms to individual travelers or specific groups within a trip, so dietary forms, waivers, or VIP questionnaires only go to the people who need them.

Trip-wide flight notification settings

Set your flight alert preferences once for the whole trip. Every flight you add will follow those settings automatically, and you can still adjust individual flights when needed.

Continuous Tres sync

Active trips imported from Tres now stay up to date. When something changes in Tres, it updates in Frienzy too.

More control over trip access

You now have finer control over how trip codes, invite links, and web preview links work, so only the right people can see your itineraries.

Change trip owner

Business owners can now transfer ownership of a trip to another team member.

Offline document download control

Turn offline document downloads on or off for your app from one central setting.

Metric or Imperial units

Choose your preferred measurement system in Business Settings, and distances, temperatures, and weights across your app will follow it.

Custom flight names

You can now rename a flight itinerary item, which helps when a codeshare or partner airline name might confuse travelers.

Cleaner document display

Show document titles instead of raw file names in the Docs section.

Block users

Business owners and admins can now block spam or unwanted accounts from their app.

Chat activity insights

See overall chat activity across your trips. Only totals and trends are shown, never message content.

Photo uploads from the dashboard

Travelers can log in to the web dashboard to upload photos from their computer straight into their trip album.

Better offline mode

Trip documents are now saved for offline use, and your chat history stays visible when you lose signal. Once you're back online, new messages sync automatically.

Uploads that keep going

Photo and video uploads now continue in the background, even if you switch apps or lock your phone.

Full quality photos

Photos uploaded with the "Highest Quality" setting now keep their original resolution.

A fresh gallery

Trip albums have a new layout that shows photos in their natural shape, with the newest photos first and an option to change the sort order.

Improved itinerary map

Swipe through stops on the map, follow flights, and tell overlapping pins apart more easily.

Reorder itineraries on the go

Admins can now drag and drop itinerary items on mobile, including across different days (flights excluded). Changes show on the web too.

Easier itinerary editing

Admins can now remove attachments while editing an itinerary item.

See who's assigned

Tap the "Assigned To" field to view everyone assigned to an item. The traveler selection list is also now sorted alphabetically by last name.

Per passenger flight details

Travelers can now see flight details specific to them.

Browse trips more easily

Search and filter options make it easier to find the right trip, and "Our Brochures" is now called "Bookable Trips."

Sign in with Google

If you signed up with a Gmail address, you can now also log in with Google using the same email.

Easier to read

Text is now darker for better contrast, and the setup screen on first login has been removed. Text settings can still be changed anytime in Settings.

Invites wait for Send Invite

Adding a traveler as "Pending" no longer sends an invite right away. The invite only goes out when you click Send Invite.

Message requests on the web

Message requests from travelers now show on the web, so you can accept or decline them from your dashboard.

Clear birthdays from profiles

Birthdays can now be cleared from a user profile on both web and mobile.

Tighter chat permissions

Chat permissions have been tightened so conversations only appear for the right accounts.

Personal profile on app open

Admins and agents now land on their personal profile when they open the app, with the option to switch to the business profile.

All business trips on mobile

Business owners can now see and join all their business's trips on mobile.

Highlights and color tags on mobile

Text highlights and color tags added on the web now show on mobile.

Friend count removed

Removed the friend count when viewing other travelers.

Optional sections save correctly

Changes made in optional sections of an itinerary item now save correctly.

Pre-trip and post-trip items keep their date

Moving an itinerary item into the pre-trip or post-trip section no longer changes its date.

All legs of multi-leg flights

Flights with multiple legs now pull in every leg, not just the first one.

Complete Zip exports

Export as Zip now includes every media file, even on trips with very large albums.

Location photo suggestions

Location photo suggestions no longer reload into the wrong images.

Web and app order match

Brochure order and note order set on the web now match on the app.

No more "Incomplete" warning

Itineraries saved on the web no longer show an "Incomplete" warning on mobile.

Correct arrival time zones

Arrival times now show in the correct arrival time zone.

Pending travelers can join

Pending travelers can now join the app for the first time without errors.

Albums, map, notes, and documents

Fixed issues with album uploads, the itinerary map showing blank, the keyboard closing while editing notes, Word documents not opening, and opening itineraries when filtered by day.

Startup, login, and loading fixes

Fixed a startup crash, an Android login error, and an issue where the itinerary didn't fully load after login.
